I love to deliver yoga to practitioners start from where they are. My teaching is supportive holistic and preserve the authenticity of yoga, include a medley of movement, breath work, meditation, deep relaxation, chanting and yoga philosophy through story telling.
Learning yoga in the US broaden my knowledge through their analytical way of explanation. When seeking for authenticity, higher meditation, spirituality and self-realisation, staying in the India ashram under the direct guidance of guru is my top favourite. With Qi Yoga, you get the best of both worlds.
