One-to-One or a Small Group

Join me online or onsite (by pre-arrangement) for supportive holistic yoga session to uplift and nourish your whole being. Each session can be tailored to your specific needs, target, timing, health condition and location. Our practice can include a medley of poses and movement, breath work, meditation, chanting, simple yoga philosophy and anatomy.

Duration & Rates (one-to-one)

For 30 minutes: RM150
For 60 minutes: RM200
For 90 minutes: RM240

Onsite (in the studio, office or your own home), or
Virtual Livestream (Zoom)

Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private lesson is a perfect way to get support for your personal practice and you will be able to ask questions specific to your practice.

The sequence and poses are selectively chosen and developed to meet your individual needs. Learning and practicing yoga at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to experience the benefits of yoga. Each session can include a medley of poses and movement, breath work, meditation, chanting, simple yoga philosophy and anatomy.
