To her, breathe correctly to harmonise the Qi in our body is as important as taking correct foods. Practicing yoga with correct breathing can have impact not only to physical body and mind, but open us opportunity to the road of spiritual and wisdom.
She established and worked almost exclusively in Yoga Teacher Training for over ten years, and have taught about 30 teachers in the areas of Yoga philosophy, techniques, Yoga anatomy, adjustment and apprenticeship.

Founder of JoyLity Physiotherapy and co-founder of BodyMind Yoga
Kok Su Lynn has been in the field of Physiotherapy since 2009. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha & Vinyasa Flow in 2019, and 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2021.
As a physiotherapist, her initial intention of approaching yoga is to utilize yoga as an exercise tool to complement her physiotherapy practice.
However, as she continues to practice, she found that yoga is not merely about asanas that improve the strength and flexibility of the physical body. On a deeper level, she found that she is able to be more aware of her thought processes, which changes the way she responds to negative stimuli from the environment, leading to better tolerance to stress, feeling calmer and less anxious.
She is excited to bring her knowledge in physiotherapy and incorporates it into her yoga classes to bring the best of both worlds. She hopes more people are able to experience the transformative changes that she herself has experienced.
